What is the difference between the autumn offer and a classic last-minute stay?
The autumn offer applies to the fixed offer periods advertised. A classic last-minute stay involves a short-notice arrival within 14 days and is offered individually.
Does the autumn offer also apply more than 14 days before arrival?
Yes. For the expressly advertised offer periods, the autumn offer applies regardless of the 14-day rule for classic last-minute stays.
Which chalets does the autumn offer apply to?
The advertised periods apply to Panorama, Deluxe, Romantik and Young & Fun. The specific period is shown for each chalet and availability is checked personally.
Which number of guests does the price shown apply to?
The autumn offer price shown applies to exactly two adults and no children for a stay of at least two nights.
What if there are children or more than two adults?
In that case you will receive an individual offer after a personal check. The maximum occupancy of the chosen chalet still applies.
How do I book the autumn offer?
Choose a chalet and dates and send your enquiry via WhatsApp or email. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone. We check actual availability personally.
When is my booking binding?
Your enquiry is not yet a reservation. The booking only becomes binding, and the confirmed dates reserved for you, once we have expressly confirmed it.
