Our general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, AGB) are currently available in German only. The German version is legally binding: read the terms and conditions (German).

What they cover

Among other things: scope, conclusion of the contract and booking, services, occupancy and visitors, prices and payment, arrival and departure, pets, house rules, domestic authority, the right of withdrawal, cancellation by the guest, late arrival and early departure, technical facilities, severe weather and force majeure, the natural pool and supervision of children, liability, data protection, consumer dispute resolution and final provisions.

Which terms apply to my booking?

The terms that apply are stated in your booking confirmation – depending on whether you booked via the booking portal or directly with us. Enquiries made via this website (for example for last minute or midweek) are non-binding; a booking is only made once we have confirmed it personally in writing.
